How Remote Mentoring Works

  1. Book Your Session: Choose your machine or topic → Select a mentor → Pick your day/time.
  2. Join a Live Video Call: You’ll meet through Zoom. Have an account ready to go.
  3. Show Us Your Machine: Walk your mentor through what’s happening using your phone camera.
  4. Step-by-Step Guidance: Your mentor will help diagnose issues, demonstrate settings, and guide you through solutions.
  5. Follow-Up Support: After the session, you’ll receive tips, recommended settings, or next steps if needed.

Rates

  • $125/hr
  • 1-hour minimum
