Class Cancellation and Refund Policy

Class cancellations or refund requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class.

If a cancellation request is received at least 24 hours in advance, you may choose one of the following options:

• A class credit to be used toward a future Spyderlab class.
• A refund to the original form of payment.

Refunds issued to a credit or debit card may be subject to a processing fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class start time are not eligible for a refund or class credit.

Missed Classes

There are no refunds, credits, transfers, rescheduling, or make up sessions for missed classes.

If you believe you may be late or unable to attend a class, please contact Spyderlab prior to the scheduled start time. Arrival after a class has started may result in being unable to participate for safety and instructional reasons.

Multi Day Classes and Certification Courses

Multi day classes and certification courses are considered a single training program.

If a student misses any portion of a multi day course, Spyderlab is not able to offer partial refunds, make up sessions, or rescheduling. Certification testing may only be attempted after completing the required instructional hours.

One-on-One and Corporate Training

One on one mentoring sessions, corporate training sessions, and custom training packages must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Group training, corporate training packages, custom sessions, and special events are non-refundable once scheduled.

Spyderlab Initiated Cancellations

Spyderlab North OC Campus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class, mentoring session, or training program due to low enrollment, instructor availability, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

If Spyderlab cancels a class, you will be notified by phone or email and will be offered one of the following options:

• A full refund.
• A class credit toward a future session.
• Rescheduling into a later class date.

Age Requirement

All Spyderlab classes, mentoring sessions, and training programs are available to individuals 18 years of age and older only.
