Learn the complete UV DTF printing workflow using the Audley 8073-3 UV DTF Printer with integrated curing system and the Audley 8033 UV DTF Printer, powered by Flexi Print Mini and Print EXP (Hosonsoft) RIP software. This three-day course covers foundational machine operation, file preparation, white ink management, curing control, film handling, and production-ready transfer application, and concludes with a structured review and hands-on skills test to verify competency.

Students progress from understanding UV DTF fundamentals and material handling to producing consistent transfers, managing white ink and varnish layers, operating curing systems correctly, and troubleshooting common UV DTF issues. This course is designed for beginners as well as employees training for in-house production environments.

Basic Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop familiarity is helpful but not required.

Day 01

Fundamentals & Machine Setup (6 Hrs)

  • Overview of the Audley 8073-3 curing system and the Audley 8033 workflow

  • Loading film and setting tension
  • Introduction to Flexi Print Mini
  • Introduction to Print EXP (Hosonsoft)
  • Importing artwork and setting up print layers
  • Basic RIP settings for color, white, and varnish
  • Running test prints and evaluating output quality

Day 01

Production Workflow & Troubleshooting (6 Hrs)

  • Managing curing times and lamp settings
  • Understanding adhesive performance and transfer quality
  • Print queue management and repeat job setup

  • Basic maintenance including nozzle checks and cleaning cycles

Day 03

Review & Certification (3 hrs)

  • Prepare a production-ready file in Flexi Print Mini or Print EXP
  • Run a complete UV DTF print independently

  • Demonstrate proper machine operation, workflow, and safety
  • Submit finished transfer for evaluation
