Learn the complete white toner printing workflow using the Crio 8432 WDT. This course teaches students how to prepare artwork, print high-quality transfers, marry A/B sheets correctly, and apply transfers to garments and rigid surfaces. Students will learn proper temperature, pressure, and peel techniques required for clean, durable results, along with troubleshooting common issues such as incomplete marriages, graininess, and lifting edges.

Day 01
White Toner Fundamentals (3 Hours)
What You’ll Learn
- Introduction to the Crio 8432 WDT system
- Preparing artwork for white toner printing
- Printing transfers with correct opacity and toner density
- Understanding temperature, pressure, and peel timing
- Pressing transfers onto garments
- Working with cotton and blended fabrics
- Understanding when white toner is ideal vs DTG, DTF, or vinyl
- Introduction to Forever Dark transfer process
- Marrying A and B sheets for soft material applications
- Troubleshooting alignment and incomplete sheet marriages
Day 02
Advanced Applications & Materials (3 Hours)
What You’ll do
- Printing and pressing transfers onto rigid materials
- Working with wood, metal, and hard goods
- Understanding adhesion and surface preparation
- Intro to Forever Tattoo Paper applications
- Improving transfer durability and finish quality
- Common troubleshooting
Graininess

Lifting edges - Understanding templating and layout for production
- Completing a full white toner project
Day 03
Advanced Applications & Materials (3 Hours)
What You’ll do
- Review complete white toner workflow from file setup to final transfer
- Open Q&A and troubleshooting
- Prepare artwork and print a transfer independently
- Marry A and B sheets correctly
- Press a clean, durable transfer onto a garment or rigid product
- Demonstrate proper temperature, pressure, and peel timing
- Submit final project for evaluation
